Privacy Policy
This notice objectively describes which data the firm collects through the contact form and the job opening page on this site and how it is used.
Data we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the data you provide: name, email, phone (optional), matter (optional) and the content of your message. The time of submission is also recorded.
We only collect this data when you fill in and submit the form voluntarily. No account is required to get in touch.
How we use the data
The data submitted through the form is transmitted to our system, stored and used to respond to your inquiry and to notify the firm of the message received.
Processing is limited to what is necessary to handle your request.
Job applications
The lawyer job opening page published on this site has an application form. When you submit it, we collect the data you provide: full name, CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID), date of birth, phone, email, state and number of your OAB bar registration, answers to the position questionnaire and, in the next step, your résumé in PDF.
This data is transmitted to the recruitment service used to run the selection process (API at api.lummenhub.com.br) and is used to evaluate the application and get back to you through the email and phone you provided. The résumé can also be sent through a personal link emailed to you, valid for 7 days.
The form also records visit-origin parameters (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and ad click identifiers), in dedicated attribution fields. CPF and date of birth are not included in those fields or in metrics events.
Job page metrics and advertising
The job page records browsing and interaction events (page views, clicks and form steps) sent to a metrics service, together with technical visitor and session identifiers stored in your browser. No data typed into the form is included in these events.
The page may also load the Meta Pixel, record a page view (“PageView”) and record the “Contact” conversion event only once, without sending Meta any of the data provided in the application. In this context, the _fbp and _fbc cookies and the fbclid parameter may be read, in accordance with Meta’s own policies.
Third-party embedded content
The contact page displays an embedded Google Maps map. When this map loads, the service may receive technical data from your browser, such as your IP address, in accordance with Google’s own policies.
Restricted access and cookies
The restricted access area is reserved for users previously enabled by the firm. After successful authentication, the system may use a technical session cookie, necessary to keep the user signed in during the session.
Security and limitations
No method of transmission over the internet or of storage is fully secure, and absolute security of the information received cannot be guaranteed.
Your rights and retention
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of the data you submitted through the contact form or in a job application. To exercise these rights or ask about this notice, write to the email below, which is also our point of contact.
Questions about how long the data is retained can be directed to our point of contact.
