Attorney with a specialization in Tax Law. Active in the judicial asset market since 2010, with a consolidated track record in strategic legal work, new business structuring and legal leadership. She served on the Brazilian Federal Bar Council's Special Committee on Precatórios and on IASP's Precatórios Study Committee. She is recognized for institutional coordination and technical execution in complex transactions.

Partner | Legal Operations, Structuring and Due Diligence

Legal executive with more than 18 years of experience, specialized in the intersection of Public Law and capital markets, with a focus on judicial assets (precatórios). She began in strategic litigation involving public servants and advanced to leading the structuring of complex credit assignment transactions. Today she leads legal structuring, due diligence and precatório portfolio management for FIDCs and banking institutions, with a focus on risk mitigation, efficiency and investment execution.
